Only direct use of the equipment is permitted. 

To prevent excessive blade wear, the hardness of the samples is limited to 9 or lower.

For accurate processing, it is recommended that both sides of the sample be flat and parallel.

Failure to meet these conditions may result in processing inaccuracies.

Blade speed : 0-400 rpm
Cooling method : Immersion-type wet cutting system with a coolant reservoir beneath the blade
Sample loading : Cutting force applied by the sample weight and optional balance weights
Feed axis : Single-axis feed motion
Feed control : Separate manual dial controls for feed position and cutting speed
Compatible blade : Diamond blade for ceramic cutting applications
Operation note : Excessive loading force may cause blade damage or sample chipping; sudden loading should be avoided
Safety : Equipped with a protective cover and an emergency stop button
